Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive quality and velocity across the design eval pipeline by running annotation rhythms, calibration, and feedback loops into product decisions.
  • •Set standards for high-quality reference designs to create a reliable benchmark across the eval pipeline.
  • •Own contractor hiring end to end (sourcing, screening, closing) and adjust headcount based on eval demand.
  • •Manage vendor logistics including budgets, SOWs, contracts, and purchasing in partnership with Legal, Security, and Procurement.
  • •Run day-to-day program management for contractors and eval workstreams, including status, blockers, timelines, and dependencies.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in design program management, DesignOps, or an adjacent design role.
  • •Deep craft expertise to speak credibly to UI judgment and coach others on what good design looks like.
  • •Experience procuring, onboarding, and managing design contractors or third-party vendors.
  • •Experience running operational programs that improve how teams work (rituals, processes, documentation).
  • •Strong project management and written communication skills for coordinating contractors and vendors across time zones.
