Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare feasibility study reports and review them in the agreed format with the Local iCRC Head of Structures.
  • •Work with the WSP in India ME Team to assemble compliant design specifications and ensure timely delivery.
  • •Perform detailed structural design and complex calculations to codal standards, completing QA, technical review, and sign-off.
  • •Review and monitor calculations production with QA and technical reviews, ensuring information is complete for project delivery and tenders.
  • •Lead the design process, follow document control/QA processes, mentor junior staff, and manage design queries and variance reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in structural engineering design, taking a senior role in project work.
  • •Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and membership to an accredited engineering body.
  • •Desirable Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent).
  • •Proficiency with technical structural software including RAM, CSC, ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD.
  • •Strong communication, management, presentation skills, and ability to work independently and within the team.
