Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape and drive a forward-looking labour relations strategy for EMEA, with primary focus on Spain, aligned with business priorities.
  • •Act as the main point of contact with employee representatives (Comité de Empresa / Delegados de Personal) and trade unions in Spain; own information and consultation processes with works councils.
  • •Lead the negotiation, interpretation, and ongoing administration of Convenios Colectivos in Spain, ensuring alignment with business needs and employee interests.
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements; identify exposure areas and develop mitigation plans.
  • •Build and deliver training for managers and the People team on labour compliance, collective agreements, and employee relations; monitor labour relations indicators and translate data into actionable insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Employment Law, Industrial Relations, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
  • •8+ years of experience in Labor Relations, Employment Law, HR Compliance with deep expertise in Spanish labor law (Estatuto de los Trabajadores, Convenios Colectivos, works council regulations, equality legislation).
  • •Proven experience managing or negotiating with employee representatives and/or trade unions in Spain.
  • •Experience in multinational technology companies, especially in high-growth to public companies.
  • •Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
