Key Responsibilities

  • •Own retailer onboarding, launch planning, and critical path management from account setup through live trading.
  • •Coordinate retailer setup requirements including product information, pricing, pack details, barcodes, imagery, product copy, specs, delivery requirements, promotional setup, and portal inputs.
  • •Manage day-to-day retailer account relationships by handling questions, risks, blockers, decisions, and follow-up actions quickly and clearly.
  • •Track trading performance across sales, rate of sale, availability, stock, promotional performance, placement, distribution, complaints, and retailer reporting; translate results into actions and recommendations.
  • •Lead retailer negotiations and support forecasting, order tracking, stock visibility, service-risk management, and selected key commercial partnerships.

Key Requirements

  • •Retail account management experience, such as managing retail/key account/commercial operations or retail operations in FMCG/CPG, grocery, health and wellness, food, supplements, or consumer products.
  • •Knowledge of the UK retail environment, ideally across grocery, high street, or consumer health and wellness channels.
  • •Ability to manage critical paths and retailer systems/portal administration, including product setup, trading terms, and promotional calendars.
  • •Fluency in commercial and operational reporting such as forecasting inputs, order/stock tracking, rate of sale, availability, promotions, and performance measurement.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills with clear communication, follow-through, and practical issue resolution; confident leading retailer negotiations.
