Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide process, design, and analysis support for developing solutions interfacing business applications.
  • •Drive requirements elicitation and lead systems analysis phases up to the enterprise level of business processes and systems.
  • •Perform current state analysis of existing business systems, applications, and functions.
  • •Create business process/workflow and user interface diagrams to support work requests and implementations.
  • •Serve as a liaison between line of business and the Technology Delivery team, including facilitating UAT acceptance criteria and coaching junior business analysts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a technical field.
  • •6 years of progressive IT experience with significant business analysis.
  • •Experience with business analysis such as requirements gathering and translating requirements into solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • •3 years developing/optimizing PL/SQL queries and performing user acceptance testing and solution delivery.
  • •Experience with Waterfall SDLC and/or Agile/Lean, including payment infrastructure/payment systems (Fed/ACH using ISO 20022) and Agile project tools (CA Rally, ALM).
