Job Summary

Maintain and repair complex heavy equipment and aerial lifts for customer and company fleets at the Richmond, VA (Colonial Heights) rental facility. Create and monitor work orders, track service intervals, diagnose mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/diesel issues, and order parts using the company’s tools and T3 platform. Practice safe job practices, maintain accurate daily documentation, assist with pickup/delivery, and support training of lower-level technicians.

Key Responsibilities

•Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment.
•Use technology (laptops and tablets) to create, assign, and monitor work orders and track service intervals.
•Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems with independent judgment.
•Maintain daily paperwork/electronic documentation (work orders) in a complete and timely manner.
•Assist with training of lower-level technicians and help with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts; travel to customer job sites when required.
