Strategic Growth Manager

Drive net-new revenue by identifying, engaging, and structuring deals with top-performing real estate agents and teams, expanding Compass’ presence in your market. Conduct consultative discovery and deliver enterprise-style demos of the technology platform tailored to agents, teams, and brokerage leaders. Build and manage a strong relationship-driven pipeline, develop deep local market expertise, and collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners. This is a quota-carrying, onsite role based in Cincinnati or Columbus.
