Provide teller and platform support in a retail banking environment while delivering accurate, timely customer service. •Provide teller and platform support, including daily processing of financial transactions such as deposits and check cashing.
•Identify client needs via consultative conversations and recommend products and services to deepen relationships.
•Open and process new deposit accounts (savings, IRAs, certificates of deposit, money market accounts).
•Cross-sell and refer to bank partners, including regular outbound calls and participation in deposit/loan campaigns.
•Support compliance and daily banking center operations, including problem resolution and assisting with onboarding/on-the-job training.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED and 1 year of experience as a Teller (preferred).
•Provide teller and platform support to keep client wait times to a minimum and deliver quality customer service.
•Open and process deposit accounts, including demand/time deposits such as savings accounts, IRAs, certificates of deposit, and money market accounts.
•Use consultative conversations to identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
•Maintain expected compliance with bank regulations, policies, risk management, internal controls, and the First Horizon code of ethics.
