Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support to internal teams and stakeholders, including oversight of construction effort and progress reporting.
  • •Own and manage assigned contracts and budgets, ensuring alignment with cost budgets.
  • •Ensure projects adhere to health and safety regulations through regular site inspections and audits.
  • •Identify and address quality, safety, health, and environmental issues and proactively manage HSE-related construction risks.
  • •Support construction planning and coordination activities including reporting, meeting minutes, RFI/submittal coordination, and compliance documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience.
  • •Preferred: CCM certification.
  • •Preferred safety certifications including OSHA 30; OSHA 500/510; BCSP Qualified Credentials (OHST, ASP, CSP, or CHST); and CPR.
  • •Proven experience implementing and monitoring project HSE plans or contractor site safety plans.
