Job Summary

Join Pandora’s Regional Marketing team in Singapore and support luxury retail marketing across Brand Marketing, Visual Merchandising, PR & Advocacy, and Paid Media. Assist with campaign planning and execution, asset coordination, reporting and post-campaign analysis, and market/competitor research. Help manage visual merchandising guidelines, showroom preparation, influencer gifting, event logistics, and monthly PR reporting. Gain end-to-end exposure to integrated marketing campaigns across multiple Asia markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the planning and execution of regional brand marketing campaigns, including coordinating assets and timelines across markets.
•Assist with campaign reporting, post-campaign analysis, and market and competitor research, including support for seasonal launches.
•Help coordinate visual merchandising guidelines and execution of seasonal launches, including asset management, showroom preparation, and in-store monitoring.
•Support PR & Advocacy activities such as media/influencer gifting coordination, maintaining PR and influencer databases, event logistics, and monthly PR reports.
•Contribute to cross-functional projects by supporting marketing meetings and presentations and coordinating project timelines across functions.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Fashion Marketing or related disciplines.
•Available for at least 3 months (6 months preferred).
•Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
•Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
•Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or social media is advantageous but not required.
