Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and contribute to sales and marketing strategies to cultivate profitable, long-term client relationships and revenue opportunities.
  • •Own and grow a portfolio of insurer, reciprocal, and captive clients, including prospecting, pipeline management, and renewal strategy.
  • •Drive opportunities that result in new treaty revenue using Aon’s analytics, capital advisory, and specialty capabilities.
  • •Prepare reinsurance market submissions, respond to reinsurer queries, evaluate quotations, and recommend optimal structures, pricing, and terms.
  • •Develop and deliver client presentations and support negotiation of treaty contracts through to final documentation while building relationships with reinsurers.

Key Requirements

  • •4–8 years of progressive experience in insurance, reinsurance, or related financial services with substantive treaty reinsurance exposure.
  • •Proven ability leading complex client engagements and synthesizing technical analyses into clear recommendations to senior partners.
  • •French/English bilingualism required for frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners.
  • •Strong proficiency in the MS Office suite and comfort working with data, models, and analytics tools.
  • •Professional designations such as CIP, FCIP, ACAS/FCAS, or ASA/FSA (or equivalent) are considered strong assets.
