Mortgage Loan Originator

Originate residential first mortgage loans for outside referrals from application through closing, meeting sales and cross-selling objectives set by management. Build and maintain realtor and builder referral relationships, guide applicants through the process, collect required documentation, and manage the loan pipeline through closing. Use systems and tools (e.g., Fannie Mae Form 1003, credit reports, Loan Prospector, and LOMAS) to transmit loan packages and deliver timely updates while ensuring compliant risk management and excellent customer service.
