Key Responsibilities

•Manage client relationships and renewal processes, ensuring high quality service and ongoing client satisfaction
•Lead renewal of reassurance treaties, coordinating with clients and market reinsurers to secure favorable terms and meeting calendar deadlines
•Drive commercial development by responding to structured life reinsurance RFPs and presenting tailored solutions with Analytics, Legal and Capital Advisory teams
•Present analyses and recommendations to senior client teams (technical and financial directions) and collaborate with international teams to deploy best practices
•Stay informed on regulatory developments (Solvency II, IFRS 17) and contribute to internal/external communications and thought leadership

Key Requirements

•Advanced actuarial education recognized by the Actuaries Institute or top engineering school
•10 years of life actuarial experience in insurance, reinsurance or consulting with substantial exposure to prudential regulation (Solvency II, risk capital, ORSA)
•Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, autonomy, rigor and ability to persuade senior stakeholders (CFO, CRO, CEO)
•Proven track record designing innovative solutions, managing cross-functional projects and interfacing with varied business stakeholders (tech, finance, risk, execs)
•Fluent professional English (spoken and written) for an international environment
