Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets using available store resources.
  • •Be aware of store sales and KPI targets and take ownership to meet or exceed individual performance targets.
  • •Execute brand customer service standards and act as a brand ambassador by exhibiting brand attitude and values.
  • •Execute visual merchandising and in-store communication standards; process merchandise deliveries and replenish the sales floor.
  • •Complete cash register transactions accurately, minimize loss, and perform store operations safely, effectively, and efficiently.
