Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor within the Key Private Client Program, managing the full client relationship with a plan-based approach to financial wellness. Assess client needs, gather and document information, and deliver or refer investment and insurance solutions for clients with up to $2M in investable assets. Build a referral pipeline through internal/external centers of influence, support branch operations, ensure compliance, and work with branch and line-of-business partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver client solutions by assessing financial wellness needs and providing customized recommendations, including referring investment and insurance products.
•Build and maintain a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal and external centers of influence, prospecting, and documenting calling efforts.
•Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services and competitive offerings to support meaningful client conversations.
•Open and manage personal and business accounts, including checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation, and support branch teller-line transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
•Experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
•Foundational sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and strong ability to influence business partners through centers of influence (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) (required).
