Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and source acquisition, investment, label, publisher, joint venture, and other strategic opportunities across music, entertainment, digital media, technology, and adjacent sectors.
  • •Build and maintain a proprietary deal pipeline via market mapping, thematic research, targeted outreach, relationships, referrals, and intermediaries.
  • •Conduct preliminary financial, commercial, and strategic diligence, then support deeper work with valuation, structuring, negotiation, and transaction execution.
  • •Analyze business models and performance, pressure-test assumptions and forecasts, identify key risks, and develop well-supported investment theses and scenario analyses.
  • •Prepare concise investment cases/memos and recommendations for senior leadership, and coordinate with Finance & Strategy on capital, financing considerations, and enterprise financial impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years of relevant experience in private equity, growth equity, investment banking, corporate development, or a comparable transaction environment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline (or relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
  • •Strong financial modeling, valuation, financial statement analysis, and investment underwriting capabilities.
  • •Experience conducting financial, commercial, and/or strategic diligence for acquisitions, investments, or other strategic opportunities.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in Google Workspace.
