Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and grow aerospace and defense business for an assigned territory and customer list, accountable for bookings, sales, and customer satisfaction.
  • •Develop deep working knowledge of Eaton products, technologies, operations, application systems, and value propositions for year-on-year growth.
  • •Engage airlines and MROs, promote Eaton advantages vs competitors through performance, reliability, and total value differentiation.
  • •Identify retrofit/modification/upgrade opportunities (RMUs) and drive bookings/sales from customers in a timely manner.
  • •Prepare and present comprehensive customer business reviews and forecasts, including performance vs goal/budget and detailed year outlook.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of aerospace sales/customer support experience.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree.
  • •Broad understanding of Eaton Aerospace key products (Hydraulics, Fuels, Actuation, Conveyance, Sensors, Oxygen, Inerting).
  • •Knowledge of the Japan and/or South Korean commercial aerospace market.
  • •Fluent in English and one more language (Korean or Japanese).
