Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, organize, and direct all activities of raw material, MRO, and finished product warehouses.
  • •Optimize receipts, transfers, allocation, storage, distribution, and assortment to production areas.
  • •Ship finished products or subassemblies to internal and external clients.
  • •Implement inventory controls to ensure accuracy across physical inventory, the MRP system, and the customs system (Prisma).
  • •Define warehouse space requirements and picking service levels based on SIOP, execute write-offs, and lead the annual physical inventory.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in warehouse management and/or materials management.
  • •Proven experience in project management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in operations management, management, or supply chain (preferred).
  • •Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools and projects (preferred).
  • •Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with ERP systems (Oracle) (preferred).
