Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager in delivering projects efficiently, on time, and to the right quality standards.
  • •Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems used throughout the project.
  • •Ensure key project information and data are shared effectively and appropriately retained; maintain issues/actions logs.
  • •Build and maintain strong client and team relationships, and interface with multiple stakeholders including executives, team members, consultants, and vendors.
  • •Develop detailed project plans, attend status meetings, follow up on completion status and close out open items; contribute to monthly reporting and assist with proposal preparation for new projects or variations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3+ years post-graduate experience in a similar project coordination or administrative role.
  • •Minimum 3 years professional experience in project controls or administration.
  • •BA/BS in Business, Construction, Architecture, or a related field (or relevant experience considered in lieu of degree).
  • •Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • •Expertise in Microsoft and Google Suite, especially Excel; corporate interiors and tenant improvement experience is a plus.
