Key Responsibilities

  • •Comply with health and safety regulations and academy policies, including child protection and safeguarding training.
  • •Plan and deliver Psychology lessons with clear objectives, targets, and assessments to support outstanding learning and teaching.
  • •Identify SEN or very able students and use performance data to inform differentiated planning and programme coverage.
  • •Mark, monitor, assess, and record student progress systematically; set targets for improvement.
  • •Prepare informative parent reports and contribute to subject/development plans and academy visioning activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Education (or relevant field) with a teaching qualification.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching a specialist subject up to GCSE (A Level desirable).
