Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and coordinate manufacturing/production activities to achieve maximum productivity at minimum cost while maintaining Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
  • •Foster a zero-incident safety culture, align department requirements with Eaton’s Quality Management System, and ensure standardized processes are followed.
  • •Implement Eaton’s Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF), empower employees to improve standard work, and apply countermeasures as needed.
  • •Lead daily accountability meetings (Tier, GEMBA), weekly department meetings, and communicate production metrics, safety topics, and updates to management and plant personnel.
  • •Manage schedules and in-process inventory reports, maintain required daily statistics, assign overtime as needed, and develop direct reports through coaching, training resources, and cross-training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or a High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution, plus a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a supervisor or team leadership role.
  • •At least one (1) year of experience in a team leadership or supervisor role within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to foster a zero-incident safety culture and align department requirements with Eaton’s Quality Management System.
  • •Experience implementing standardized processes and continuous improvement practices in a manufacturing setting.
  • •Preferred: experience with MRP/ERP systems and a lean fundamental understanding.
