•Create the technical and operational foundations for adoption to help teams plan, build, ship, and learn more effectively.

•Configure secure access in customer environments (source-control, CI/CD, ticketing, identity) and design release workflows with engineering teams.

•Experience building or integrating software across APIs, event flows, data models, permissions, automation, or agent-based workflows.
•Ability to work directly with customers and internal stakeholders in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, with strong written and verbal communication.
