Job Summary

Lead the architecture, design, and governance of enterprise-grade integrations across GTMTech, focusing on Workato-based integrations and API-first designs. Own integration patterns for Quote-to-Cash and other high-impact programs, mentor engineers, define standards, and partner with engineering, security, and business teams to deliver scalable, observable, and secure integrations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Workato-based integrations and APIs across GTM systems with focus on scalability, reliability, and security
•Define and evolve integration standards, patterns, error-handling, observability, and runbooks
•Design and review complex, event-driven workflows using Kafka or equivalent messaging platforms, ensuring durability and retry mechanisms
•Drive API-first and MCP-native design for GTM integrations, including authentication, versioning, lifecycle management, and API management platforms like Apigee
•Mentor and coach integration engineers on Workato concepts, API design, and integration patterns, and perform design and code reviews

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•10+ years of enterprise integration experience, including significant time in lead/architect roles
•At least 5 years of hands-on experience designing and delivering complex, enterprise-grade integration solutions using Workato with deep platform understanding
•Strong experience operating Workato in production at scale, including environment strategy, deployment automation, observability and monitoring
•Solid understanding of event-driven architectures and messaging technologies such as Kafka or equivalents
•Proficient with Workato connectors (Salesforce, NetSuite, HRIS, Google Workspace) and scripting (Python or Ruby) for advanced transformations
