Key Responsibilities

•Lead day‑to‑day execution of leveraged finance transactions, including LBO financing, acquisition financing, and refinancings.
•Oversee preparation and review of financing materials, including lender presentations, rating agency materials, offering memoranda, and internal approval documents.
•Manage financial modelling and capital structure analysis; ensure quality and accuracy across all materials.
•Coordinate due diligence processes, including Q&A with clients, advisors, and internal teams.
•Drive engagement with loan and bond investors, ratings agencies, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•6–8+ years of relevant experience in leveraged finance, debt capital markets, or related investment banking roles
•Proven track record executing leveraged loan and/or high-yield transactions in EMEA
•Advanced financial modelling and analytical capabilities with strong attention to detail
•Strong understanding of leveraged credit markets, documentation, investor dynamics, and rating processes
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to internal and external stakeholders
