Key Responsibilities

•Build and optimize modern machine learning models to solve complex ML problems and scale them for production.
•Read academic papers, propose model improvements, implement and test new models in production environments.
•Design intuitive human–computer interfaces to make ML tools accessible to a broad user base.
•Run benchmarks, perform statistical analyses, and present findings on the impact of research-based optimizations to the team.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into practical automation solutions for enterprise customers.

Key Requirements

•Must have strong Python experience and proficiency with modern ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
•Ability to implement models from academic papers (e.g., ICML, ICLR, NeurIPS) into production.
•Solid foundation in linear algebra, probability, and statistics with strong quantitative intuition.
•Knowledge of data structures (lists, vectors, stacks, heaps) and common algorithms (sorting, searching) and their time/memory complexity.
•Experience building, evaluating, and scaling machine learning models in production environments.
