Key Responsibilities

  • •Think strategically about workplace markets and current/future trends to inform client advice
  • •Meet with client leadership, conduct interviews/workshops, analyse surveys, and present data in clear presentations
  • •Translate client data and business/work processes into workplace models and spatial requirements
  • •Manage workplace innovation projects, coordinate resources, and handle invoicing to meet fee objectives
  • •Communicate project progress regularly to clients and develop options and final documents for approval

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in workplace strategy, design/interior design, corporate real estate occupier consulting, or business analysis
  • •Degree qualified preferable but not mandatory
  • •PRINCE 2, MSP, MRICS, APMPQ, Better Business Cases, PROSCI certified practitioner (desirable)
  • •Experience managing workplace and real estate consulting projects
  • •Experience using technology and workplace/real estate data
