Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining products and equipment at customer locations.
  • •Use software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements
