Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day inspection center operations and ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, and procedures.
  • •Mentor and provide accountability to direct reports, including coaching, leadership development, and performance management.
  • •Maintain production capacity and support production planning, while monitoring and guiding the team to meet quality, production, and cost objectives.
  • •Ensure compliance with health and safety and loss prevention guidelines, and reinforce team alignment with Carvana Values.
  • •Recruit, select, orient, train, and certify associates; participate in and lead problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience leading and developing associates.
  • •Proven ability to deliver project outcomes and meet company metrics.
  • •Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
