Own Name Screening and Payment Screening for customers, counterparties, and transactions within the Financial Crime Intelligence domain. •Own Name Screening and Payment Screening across customer onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and transactions.
•Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with Financial Crime Intelligence goals across fiat/crypto/card use cases.
•Optimize list sources and matching logic (including fuzziness) for sanctions, PEP, and adverse media; improve scores using data and research.
•Leverage AI for screening precision, including risk-based matching, prioritization, alert scoring, suppression, and de-duplication.
•Partner with Compliance/Engineering/Data Science to ensure controls are explainable and audit-ready, and translate regulatory and risk requirements into product requirements.
