•Design and execute complex process engineering experiments across multiple products, collecting and reporting data.
•Support on-call operations to address urgent engineering issues and resolve complex problems with limited supervision.
•Perform advanced process analysis using FIB, SEM, and TEM and resolve lab operational issues to minimize downtime.
•Develop, plan, and execute process engineering projects within safety guidelines, including documentation and technical reports.
•Train and mentor engineers and technicians; optimize workflow, utilization, and performance as a subject matter expert.
