Advise clients on business case development and project finance strategies that support greener, sustainable infrastructure aligned to Net Zero targets. Assess program challenges across the lifecycle, shape optimal solutions, and apply tailored advisory processes, tools, and systems. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver excellent client care, present ideas clearly, and help progress business-generation opportunities within an entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Support clients in developing, implementing, and optimising procurement and funding strategies for greener, sustainable outcomes aligned to Net Zero.
•Assess key factors influencing programme setup, development, and delivery across the programme lifecycle, with emphasis on business case development and private capital.
•Contribute to assessment of business challenges, development of an optimal solution, and implementation planning.
•Tailor and apply established processes, tools, and systems, contributing to continuous improvement.
•Use interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills to support adoption of business outcomes and deliver high-quality client care.

Key Requirements

•Masters or MBA qualification or equivalent experience would be advantageous.
•Experience in project finance and/or business case development, preferably in de-carbonisation and Net Zero.
•Experience working with the public sector, managing transactions/projects in a public sector delivery setting.
•Understanding of UK policy guidance and economic benefit assessment, including social value and low carbon transition.
•Experience preparing, defining, and leading bid proposals, working closely with senior management and the wider team.
