Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain eLearning content for the organization’s LMS.
•Create online educational materials and align objectives with other training specialists and digital training paths.
•Provide course statistics, feedback, and score analysis to stakeholders to improve training effectiveness and resource allocation.
•Manage online learning communities and troubleshoot user-reported issues in collaboration with technical staff.
•Experiment with adult learning and blended learning delivery methodologies and maintain instructional design best practices while updating existing content.

Key Requirements

•Graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
•5-7 years of experience in an L&D or training department, with a Transguard EPT level 5.
•Strong background with the content software of the Adobe suites.
•Knowledge of authoring tools such as Articulate 360.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
