Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end technical execution of development programs from concept through delivery, ensuring deliverables meet contractual requirements, milestones, and technical standards.
  • •Serve as a bridge between program managers and engineering functional teams (Electrical, Mechanical, and Systems Engineering).
  • •Drive development and integration of TRS technologies to meet operational needs of the Department of War.
  • •Manage program scope and delivery across multiple programs simultaneously, including cost, delivery execution risks, and schedule.
  • •Develop lightweight processes, tools, and metrics for program planning, scope management, risk management, and customer communication; build trusted customer relationships. “

Salary: USD 166,000 - 253,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (technical background preferred).
  • •Minimum 8 years managing the development of complex technical systems across the product lifecycle.
  • •Proven success delivering complex, multi-million-dollar projects on time and on budget.
  • •Experience coordinating multiple internal and external teams in a complex engineering/technology organization.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
