Job Summary

Lead end-to-end innovation project delivery for the Global Innovation team, turning the team vision into actionable plans, KPIs, and governance for key brands. Create and manage project plans from ideation through commercialization, coordinating cross-functional sprints across design, TLO, and development. Drive pace and consumer-centric stage-gate processes, manage critical path risks, and collaborate across local brands, global partners, and agency teams to keep work on-time and on-budget.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and manage project plans and KPIs for innovation initiatives, including scope, objectives, deliverables, risks, timelines, budgets, and resources.
•Lead end-to-end innovation launches from ideation to commercialization, chair meetings, drive agendas, and gain approvals.
•Provide project management support across design, TLO, development, and R&D/operations efforts, including cross-functional sprints.
•Manage critical path challenges by solving for timing/budget impacts and addressing tradeoffs with stakeholders.
•Drive consumer centricity through stage-gate tracking processes, coordinating analytics and post-launch KPI evaluation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,200 - 143,990 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of project management experience supporting innovation teams, ideally in Spirits/BevAlc or other CPG in North America, or PMO experience within start-up CPG.
•Demonstrated PMO experience using agile methodologies with examples improving speed-to-market and quality of new product launches.
•Project Management qualifications essential (Six Sigma, Scrum Master, PMI, or equivalent).
•Ability to drive collaboration and influence stakeholders in a complex, matrix organization.
•Financial experience to work with P&L, manage costs, and conduct business analysis (plus).
