  • •Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests across the complete SPM lifecycle.
  • •Validate workflows, approvals, status transitions, KPIs, rollup calculations, and portfolio governance processes.
  • •Create, maintain, and automate test cases using ServiceNow ATF where applicable.
  • •Identify, analyze, document, and track defects with Developers and Product Owners throughout agile delivery.

  • •3-5 years of experience testing ServiceNow solutions, preferably within the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module.
  • •Hands-on experience with Demand Management, Project Management, Resource Management, Financial Management, Portfolio Management, and Agile Interaction processes.
  • •Experience using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) for test automation.
  • •Able to independently design, execute, and document test scenarios and coordinate defect management.
  • •Proficiency in English and German, and experience working in agile environments (e.g., Scrum or SAFe) using tools like Jira and Confluence.
