Behavior Technician (BT)

Provide one-on-one in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children in Windham, New Hampshire. Follow behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA, while collecting and recording data to track progress and behaviors. Participate in BCBA supervision sessions, attend required meetings and training, and support families with compassionate, development-focused care. This part-time role (under 30 hours/week) includes paid time off, mileage reimbursement, and training toward RBT certification.
