Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain global Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD modeling standards, master templates, and shared parameter files across the Design Studio.
  • •Build and maintain the master BIM Family Library to keep 3D models aligned with current design standards.
  • •Administer Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for studio users, managing permissions, licensing, and cloud worksharing environments.
  • •Research, develop, and deploy automation tools using Dynamo, Python, or the Revit API to streamline modeling checks and QA/QC workflows.
  • •Conduct model health audits and align quarterly Revit model metadata and database schemas with Standards Governance and Documentation teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in BIM Administration, Model Coordination, and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) management.
  • •Advanced customization and enforcement of master Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD templates and shared parameter files for multi-site programs.
  • •Deep proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM 360 ecosystems and cloud worksharing coordination.
  • •Hands-on mastery of parametric Revit families (including nested families) and central/shared parameter database management.
  • •Experience authoring BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), modeling guides, and technical standards.
