Key Responsibilities

  • •Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing FP&A team while staying hands-on in top strategic initiatives.
  • •Architect an AI-powered, tech-forward FP&A organization to accelerate modeling, variance reporting, and scenario planning.
  • •Design and lead the annual budget cycle and rolling quarterly re-forecasts, building driver-based budgets and headcount plans with executive and department leaders.
