Key Responsibilities

•Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing FP&A team while staying hands-on in top strategic initiatives.
•Architect an AI-powered, tech-forward FP&A organization to accelerate modeling, variance reporting, and scenario planning.
•Design and lead the annual budget cycle and rolling quarterly re-forecasts, building driver-based budgets and headcount plans with executive and department leaders.
•Establish monthly budget vs. actuals cadences, analyze variance drivers, and surface proactive risk-mitigation options.
•Build and maintain the multi-year three-statement corporate model and translate creator/network economics into board- and investor-ready storytelling.

Pay and Benefits

•Strong AI-native mindset to use AI workflows, automation, and modern tools to eliminate manual repetitive work.
•Proven experience running company-wide annual budgeting cycles and enforcing cross-functional budget discipline.
•Exceptional financial modeling and data fluency, including hands-on manipulation with tools such as Snowflake, Looker, and Python/R.
