Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare mechanical components at the station, workplace, and aircraft parking space.
  • •Perform installation and manufacture tasks including marking, preparing, assembling, adapting, torqueing, and securing mechanical components and parts.
  • •Inspect bonding as per order/GTI, drawing, and specifications.
  • •Check system functions and perform specialized installations such as VTP/HTP and related hydraulic lines.
  • •Carry out installation in belly fairing/flap, air conditioning and fuel system areas, and conduct MLG & Tank Test and Gauging Test.

Key Requirements

  • •2 years minimum experience in Aviation Production or equivalent required.
  • •High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of training/experience.
  • •Able to read material and work on computer screens; able to identify individuals and follow safety interactions.
  • •Able to operate equipment and work on jigs at the fuselage at heights up to 15 feet; able to work on hydraulic lifts up to 40 feet sometimes.
  • •Able to occasionally carry/lift up to 55 lbs (25 kg) and perform physical tasks such as standing, squatting/kneeling, and pushing/pulling items.
