Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support PLM with strategic planning for the product line and align with sales, engineering, finance, and operations.
  • •Drive profit and loss accountability for CYME Software to meet revenue and margin objectives.
  • •Understand market trends and competitive landscape while maintaining product application understanding.
  • •Define strategic marketing direction for new features/modules, and execute product launches with customer needs and competitor positioning.
  • •Collaborate across teams to provide leadership for global alignment, serve as customer voice/spokesperson, and report results and forecasts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 5 years background in CYME Power Engineering Software for grid planning, including capacity planning, DER integration, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, technical sales, marketing, or engineering.
  • •Travel up to 20% (some international).
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship (no immigration sponsorship/support).
