Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a deployment domain end-to-end by building specialist depth and serving as the standard-bearer for quality across every deployment it touches.
  • •Manage and coach 3–10 Deployment Strategists, running the learning loop and knowing when to step in vs. let teams execute.
  • •Stay accountable across the full customer journey—contract to go-live to adoption—ensuring deployments “stick” beyond launch.
  • •Stay close enough to the work to catch quality problems early by reviewing configurations, joining client conversations, and reading relevant data.
  • •Raise the team’s craft by improving decisions and learning loops, and build/extend DeploymentOS as an internal knowledge layer.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Track record managing teams (3+ direct reports) in high-stakes, ambiguous environments such as operating roles, strategy consulting, banking, or investing.
  • •Deep comfort owning a specific domain—product surface, client function, or operational workflow—and building real expertise there.
  • •Strong analytical and quantitative skills to decompose ambiguous problems and coach others to do the same.
  • •Practical comfort with technical tools, including the ability to use SQL, Python, or AI tools to check work when needed.
  • •Demonstrated AI fluency, including experience working with coding agents and passing that fluency to others.
