Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape customer transformation across the entire lifecycle, from discovery through roadmap to execution support.
  • •Engage senior technology and network leaders to understand priorities, challenges, and transformation objectives.
  • •Develop practical roadmaps for modernising transport networks and connect technology decisions to business outcomes like cost reduction, reliability, and faster service delivery.
  • •Lead solution strategy and shape CX Professional Services solutions across routing, optical transport, automation, and observability.
  • •Support RFI/RFP activities and work with Sales, customers, and CX delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are practical, commercially viable, and deliverable.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience designing or transforming large-scale service provider or telecommunications networks.
  • •Deep expertise in IP routing and/or optical transport, including one or more core areas such as Segment Routing/SRv6, MPLS, routed optical networking, DWDM/ROADM, or coherent optics.
  • •Experience with network automation, programmability, and telemetry/observability/assurance, including closed-loop automation and AI-enabled network operations.
  • •Strong consulting, architecture, and solution-development skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate technical challenges into business outcomes.
  • •Experience working across complex, multi-vendor or multi-country environments, comfortably moving between executive conversations and technical delivery teams.
