Build trusted relationships with consumer and business customers by engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually. Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•3-4 years (Client Relationship Consultant 2) or 4-5 years (Consultant 3) of job-related retail banking experience or equivalent combination of experience and training.
•Demonstrated ability to build and foster relationships through proactive outreach and follow up.
•Proven customer service and interpersonal skills with effective communication to engage clients.
•Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies (digital-first mindset).
