Job Summary

Manage and control the Retail area’s OPEX budget, tracking spending, analyzing variances, and supporting Budget and Forecast preparation. Develop and analyze retail KPIs to support decision-making, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for stores to ensure operational continuity. Handle relationships with maintenance and service providers, including purchasing and work follow-up. Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Planning, and Operations to execute administrative processes and ensure legal, safety, and infrastructure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer and control Retail area OPEX budget by tracking expenses, analyzing deviations, and supporting Budget and Forecast.
•Develop and analyze retail operation reports and KPIs (sales, conversion, margin, expenses) to provide decision-making information.
•Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance management for stores to ensure operational continuity and compliance with corporate standards.
•Manage relationships with maintenance and service providers, including quotes, purchase orders, work follow-up, performance evaluation, and payment coordination.
•Coordinate with internal areas (Finance, Accounting, Planning, Operations) to ensure correct execution of administrative/financial processes and expense allocation per company policies, and ensure legal, safety, and infrastructure requirements are met.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s/graduate in Industrial Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration, with desirable retail experience.
•Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI).
•Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
•Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements (EEFF), sales plans, expense estimates, and understand NIIF/IFRS 16 and P&L.
•Knowledge of retail operations and KPIs for decision support.
