Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Pilot and Deployment: Work with customers to develop databases that meet customer requirements and assist Project Managers in developing pilot and deployment programs.
•Design and test system configurations to provide customer-specific solutions and design and create cloud-based solutions such as menus, online ordering, and mobile ordering.
•Collaborate with customers during development of solutions to provide training regarding database and configuration maintenance and maintain working knowledge of customer operations to facilitate problem resolution.
•Provide technical sales support via demonstrations, webinars, Q&A sessions, etc., and conduct cross-functional technical meetings as required.
•Keep Sales Team, Product Team, and Software Delivery Services up-to-date on status of ongoing activities and frequently interact with customers at all levels.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 163,426.12 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or closely related field.
•5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer using .NET, C#, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Azure, Redis, and Angular/TypeScript.
