Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the dedicated relationship manager for a portfolio of VIP clients with AUM or trading volume above defined thresholds
•Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with HNWIs, family offices, crypto funds, and institutional traders
•Conduct regular business reviews and check-ins with top-tier clients to assess satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
•Act as the internal advocate for VIP clients, coordinating with product, compliance, and operations teams to resolve issues promptly
•Proactively identify and onboard new VIP clients through referrals, industry events, and regional outreach campaigns

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in relationship management, private banking, institutional sales, or brokerage—preferably within crypto, fintech, or financial services
•Proven track record managing high-value client portfolios with demonstrable revenue impact
•Prior exposure to African markets, Swiss financial services, or Pakistan's fintech/crypto ecosystem is strongly preferred
•Experience working in or with a crypto exchange, trading firm, or Web3 company is a significant advantage
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport across cultures
