Job Summary

Lead a business unit within Raya FMCG, owning sales and profitability targets through a clear commercial strategy. Manage overall performance and P&L, strengthen supplier relationships, and negotiate commercial agreements while expanding the product portfolio. Track market and competitor activity, coordinate with Marketing on launches and promotions, and align with Sales and Supply Chain to ensure product availability. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports, and lead/develop the business unit team.
