Sales Associate

Deliver front-line, in-store customer service by greeting walk-ins, answering incoming calls, and processing sales orders, quotes, pricing requests, and payments. Support outside sales reps by identifying and referring potential leads. Maintain store readiness through stocking, merchandising, cleanliness, and receiving tasks. Learn and use the BisTrack system and POS responsibilities while ensuring timely communication and action items to resolve customer issues. Help customers with product knowledge and upselling.
