Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop the QA team, setting clear goals and tracking progress.
•Communicate with partners and stakeholders for day-to-day needs and ensure alignment with project requirements.
•Develop and execute test cases and plans to ensure coverage and product quality across platforms (PC, Console, Mobile, Web).
•Onboard new employees and create personalized development plans based on individual paths.
•Generate quantitative and qualitative feedback and reports for partners and upper management to measure team performance and impact on the business.

Key Requirements

•Must have experience leading QA teams and delivering test plans and case execution across multiple platforms (PC, console, mobile, web).
•Proven ability to onboard new employees and create personalized development plans.
•Strong communication skills in English and ability to report quantitatively and qualitatively to partners and upper management.
•Good time management, ownership mindset, and understanding of business needs of clients.
•Experience with QA processes and methodologies; familiarity with tools like JIRA.
