•Own the full financial governance of a multi-project Data Centre portfolio across Europe, driving accuracy, transparency, and commercial performance.
•Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with regional and global business objectives.
•Provide strategic financial insight and challenge to senior stakeholders to optimize project profitability and cash flow.
•Establish and continuously improve financial controls, processes, and reporting standards across the portfolio.
•Develop and deliver high-quality financial reporting packs and dashboards to support executive decision-making.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
•10+ years of relevant experience covering the responsibilities outlined, ideally gained within the construction environment.
•A minimum of 3 years’ experience with D365, specifically in payments and forecasting.
•Strong finance/accountancy background with proven expertise in cash flow management, forecasting, and financial reporting.
•Proficiency in Excel, with advanced skills for financial analysis and modelling.
